Marsha Crawford & Company is dedicated to making sure their client's real estate transaction is stress free and smooth. Marsha has built a team of 5 professionals that are ready and waiting to assist you with your real estate needs. The strengths of each individual on the team insures their clients receive the utmost in customer service and the transaction progresses to closing as smoothly and stress free as possible. The team is there to guide the client through each step of the transaction to allow the client to feel confident that all deadlines and details are being taken care of in their behalf. Marsha Crawford is a native Texan. She graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Interior Design. She has been licensed by the State of Texas to sell real estate since January 1994. Prior to selling real estate, Marsha worked in property management where she gained knowledge in marketing, sales, time management, & customer service. Her education and background allows her to assist her clients with extensive staging prior to listing their home for sale. Exceptional sales and negotiating training insures the best deal possible for her clients. Marsha loves her career as a Realtor! The daily challenge of finding the perfect home for a buyer or getting a home sold for a seller is exciting and fulfilling. Marsha takes her career very personally as a move is an emotional experience for a buyer and seller. She gets close to her clients who typically become long time friends after the sale. Marsha lives in Flower Mound with her husband and two dogs. In her spare time she enjoys boating, travel, riding their Harley, gardening, and spending time with friends. CANDIS DUNN--LICENSED BUYER AGENT
Candis is a Buyers Agent for the team. She has been licensed to sell real estate in Texas for the past 6 years. Candis assists with finding clients their future home in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro-plex. She works along side Marsha to help with showing property, making appointments, & finding our buyers their "Dream Home". She and her husband, Chris, live near Lake Lewisville with their two daughters. In her spare time, Candis enjoys spending time with her family & friends, traveling, & decorating.
LANCE CUTRER LICENSED BUYER AGENT
Lance Cutrer is a licensed Buyer Agent as well as the Contract Coordinator for Crawford & Company. He assists our clients by taking them through the process of contract to the closing. Lance monitors the contract deadlines, the loan process, and attends the home inspection with the client. His attention to detail is an asset in this position as he insures that all aspects of the contract to close process is on track therefore closings happen on time without a delay. Lance is continuing his education in real estate with a focus on investments. He enjoys boating and architecture.
